KIDS CHALLENGE
First Event
The Kid's Firefighter Challenge (KFC) is the extension OTC’s efforts to showcase the American Fire Service while at the same time, promoting physical fitness. Positioned near the adult version, with fire safety education programs, the Kid's Firefighter Challenge provides a tangible method of capturing the enthusiasm of children and channeling it in a positive direction.

SCOTT FIREFIGHTER COMBAT CHALLENGE
Second Event
Described as the “Toughest 2 minutes in Sport” the SCOTT Firefighter Combat Challenge® - Branson ran by On Target Challenge will be hosted May 5-6, 2017 in the South Parking Lot at the Branson Landing. This Challenge, as seen on ESPN for over a dozen years, seeks to encourage firefighter fitness and demonstrate the profession's rigors to the public. Wearing "full bunker gear" and the Scott 5.5 Air-Pak breathing apparatus, pairs of competitors race head-to-head as they simulate the physical demands of real-life firefighting by performing a linked series of five tasks including climbing a 5-story tower, hoisting, chopping, dragging hoses and rescuing a life-sized, 175 lb. "victim" as they race against themselves, their opponent and the clock.

Enter your current, vintage or unique fire apparatus in the Fire Truck Parade at Branson Landing and be part of the Fire Fighter Combat Challenge in Branson, MO. In honor of the fire service and firefighter Appreciation month!

GUNS N' HOSES CHALLENGE

Police and Fire Departments will compete head to head! Do you have what it takes to face the challenge? Form a 5 person team for no fee and test your abilities running the same combat challenge course as the pros wearing helmet and gloves versus full gear. There are only a limited number of teams permitted in the Guns N Hoses Challenge, so sign up fast! Registration will be taken on a first come-first served basis.
