Branson’s – Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge
Safety/Vendor Fair Application
The Branson Firefighter Association and Southern Missouri Local 152, in conjunction with the Branson Landing, will be hosting the Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge at the Branson Landing on June 9 & 10, 2017. We are looking for safety or fire service related vendors to exhibit during the weekend of the competition. This is a great way to reach large markets and showcase your product during the Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge at Branson Landing.
The entry fee for the show is $250 per 10x10 location. It is each exhibitor’s responsibility to bring their own WHITE tent, tables, chairs, lights, etc. for the display. Additional 10x10 spaces are available at the same fee of $250 per site.
Branson Fire and the Branson Landing will approve the exhibitors for the Safety/Vendor Fair. Once an application is approved, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse vendors for any reason whatsoever. A map will be given to all vendors the week of the event, stating your location and closest access points for set-up and tear down.
There will be 24 hour security at the event site, but security will be roaming and not stationed in one area. Please note that Branson Fire Rescue, Branson Landing or their agents will not be liable for personal injury, loss, damage, theft, breakage, or destruction of merchandise on exhibit at your booth. You are still welcome to leave your merchandise in your tent overnight, as most vendors do so, but it must have tent sides to close it up.
It has proven that giving customers an additional method of payment increases sales. We highly suggest accepting all credit cards. There are many companies who offer this ability wirelessly.
Set up time is Friday June 9 and must be completed BEFORE 3pm. Tear down will not begin until the event finishes on Saturday, June 10 which is expected to be around 5pm.
Thank you or your interest in being a part of Branson’s SCOTT FIREFIGHTER COMBAT CHALLENGE SAFETY/VENDOR FAIR! It is sure to be a fantastic event and we look forward to receiving your application.
